Aces waive guard Chennedy Carter, sign rookie Justin Pissott The Las Vegas Aces waived guard Chennedy Carter on Tuesday and signed rookie guard/forward Justine Pissott from the Indiana Fever as a replacement. Carter averaged 12.2 points and 1.8 rebounds this season and had given the Aces a jolt off the bench earlier this season.
